More About BARGAIN: Yi, a young ambitious foreign student, makes a decision to front a year’s rent in order to acquire a New York apartment close to school. Upon signing papers and moving in, Yi discovers that the apartment was actually the site of a recent, gruesome homicide. Despite her pragmatic boyfriend trying to calm her from her superstition, Yi remains convinced that there might be an angry spirit lingering in the premises. Unable to move out immediately, Yi decides to confront a spirit who may or may not exist.
