About the director

After his graduation as cell and molecular biology researcher in Ireland, Alban Ravassard listened to his childhood dream and followed film studies in Paris, France. Awarded screenwriter and director, his first produced short film L’Appel / The Call, earned 93 international Official selections and won 37 awards. Since, he is mentored by Philippe Le Guay, a French feature director that accompanies him on the writing of his first feature. Alongside, he co-writes several short film, feature and TV series projects, where he still explores interactions between reality and imagination, body and mind.
